Natasha Beattie was a breath of fresh air. She was not a 'pushy sales person' she listened to what I wanted and came up with a solution that worked for me. When systems meant she could not deliver vehicle as expected she found a solution to help me.

Jordan Coulson who works at the mini garage was amazing - he was so helpful and when the mini was delivered he spent a long time going over everything with us and setting up the car and personalising it . I could not fault him in any way.

Jordon and the rest of the team have fantastic customer service. There were some issues with the BMW/MINI ordering system but the guys were always there to explain and to then help get through these issues.
