Trying to book a service was frustrating as left 2 messages. Then I left my car for service and asked to be called when it was ready, still hadn't heard 5 hours later, rang but couldn't get through, left a message but no-one rang me back.

Based on the experience with a problem with a defective wiper blade ; we should have been afforded the opportunity to replace the item (source locally at a reasonable cost as opposed to the overpriced replacement advised )instead of a retest.

Could not fault them. They advised me when arranging the service it would take 90 mins. They returned the car job done washed and hoovered in 80 mins.
